Abstract
Adaptation of the one-humped camel (Camelus dromedarius) to the extreme desert habitat contributed to the emergence of a number of structural and functional features in the life-supporting systems of the body [1, 2]. In many works, high adaptive properties of the organs of the camel's immune system are noted, which is manifested, first of all, by significant resistance to a number of infections and infestations [3]. At the same time, in the literature to this day, there are contradictions regarding the features of the structural and functional organization of the blood forming organs and the camel's immune defense. Moreover, one of the main contradictions is the statement about the uniqueness of the structure of lymph nodes (LN), in the parenchyma of which there is no clearly defined zonality characteristic of all other mammalian species [4]. There is also no single point of view on the features of intranodal lymphodynamics in the LU of a camel at home [5, 6]. To clarify all the existing contradictions, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study of the LU of a camel at different levels of structural organization from organ to subcellular.
