Abstract:
Mahmoud Amin is an arabe gyptian thinker as well as the inventor of new vision and the conductor of creative experience in the field of literary criticism. In Fact ,his early intellectual life begun with the applied philosophy, which he developed in the field of scientific philosophy, which gained him a practical theoretical experience.
In the fifties, he left idealism trend to join materialism thinking so, through these literary battles, whose broad title was "Literature between Formation and Content," he declared his adoption of the new draft and expressed that in three articles written in the beginning of 1966, in which he endorsed the birth of the real social trend in Arab literary criticism. After that, his gradual transition from formalism to dialectics was carried out through a creative introduction expressed in his book The Triangle of Refusal and Defeat (1985) this choice was considered as a result of the changing reality embodied in the aftermath of Fez seminar and its methodological differences. This suggests the evolution of Mahmoud Amin's critical view of the world was embodied in these transformations from idealism to materialism and from formality to dialectics.
