Abstract
ملخص المداخلة:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ماهية المعوقات التي تحول أو تثبط من فعالية التعليم عن بعد لدى أساتذة وطلبة معهد ع ت ن ب ر بسوق أهراس. فالمعروف أن التعليم عن بعد ليس بالشيء الهين الذي نتحصل عليه دون وجود معوقات. وبما أن الجامعة تعتبر من أكثر الفاعلين الذين خاضوا تجربة التعليم عن بعد في العالم فإننا نجد أنفسنا مطالبين بمعرفة: ماهية المعوقات التي تحول دون بلوغ الغاية من التعليم عن بعد؟ هذه الأخيرة هي فحوى الإشكالية التي انطلقنا منها. وقد قام الباحثان باتباع المنهج الوصفي واختارا عينة من 30 طالبا، مستعملين أداة الاستبيان، وهذا قصد دراسة منظور الأساتذة والطلبة تجاه ثلاثة معوقات أساسية يراها الباحثان المؤثرة أكثر على فعالية التعليم عن بعد وهي: تكرار أساليب المحاضرة التقليدية، عدم القدرة على التحكم في تقنيات وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، عدم القدرة على التفاعل الإيجابي.

Abstract:
This study aims to find out what are the obstacles that prevent or inhibit the effectiveness of distance education among professors and students of the STAPS Institute in Souk Ahras. It is known that distance education is not an easy thing to get without obstacles. And since the university is considered one of the most active actors in the world who have gone through the experience of distance education, we find ourselves required to know: What are the obstacles that prevent achieving the goal of distance education? This last is the essence of the problem that we started from. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach and selected a sample of 10 professors and 50, using the questionnaire tool, and this was intended to study the teachers 'and students' perspectives towards three main obstacles that the researchers consider most influencing the effectiveness of distance education, namely: the repetition of traditional lecturing methods, the inability to control techniques and technology Media and communication, the inability to interact positively.
