From analytical exercises combined with structural exercises, then interactive exercises, they have changed shape with the advent of the competency-based approach or they are moving from traditional models to problem-situations
This study aims to reveal the extent to which designers of Arabic language education programs respect program choices when developing language exercises. In order to achieve this objective, we have opted for a sample which consists of a set of textbooks and textbooks of pre-university examination classes belonging to different periods and adopting the three approaches. The research produced important results, the most striking of which is that despite the modernization of speculations on the design of language exercises, they remain traditional or almost trad
