Abstract
ملخص الدراسة :
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تفعيل آلية التكنولوجيا في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الهيئات الرياضية وقد كانت الدراسة الميدانية على العاملين بالنوادي الرياضية بولاية الجلفة بدولة الجزائر، وقد إعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمدى ملاءمته لمثل هذه الدراسات والبحوث، واختيرت عينة عشوائية مكونة من 45 موظفا من مجتمع الموظفين والعاملين بالنوادي الرياضية والذي مجموعهم كمجتمع هو 120 فردا، واستعمال الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات، وكانت أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها هو اعتماد الإدارة العليا في المؤسسات الرياضية على ما يعرف اقتصاديات المعرفة هو من الحلول الجيدة والضرورية لتطوير هذه المؤسسات، وأهم التوصيات هي وضع قاعدة بيانات خاصة بالمؤسسة ككل حتى يتسنى التعامل معها في مجال تطوير المؤسسة الرياضية وتحقيق أهدافها.

Abstract:
This study aims to know the extent to which the technology mechanism is activated in the application of knowledge management in sports bodies. The field study was on the employees of sports clubs in the state of Djelfa in the State of Algeria. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach to the extent of its suitability for such studies and research, and a random sample of 45 employees was chosen. From the community of employees and workers in sports clubs, whose total as a community is 120 individuals.
And the use of the questionnaire to collect information, and the most important results obtained were the adoption of the higher management in the sports institutions on what is known as the economics of knowledge, which is one of the good and necessary solutions for the development of these institutions, and the most important recommendations are the development of a database for the institution as a whole so that it can be dealt with in the field of developing the sports institution. and achieve its objectives.
