Abstract
تعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول التي إتخذت إجراءات إحترازية وقامت بتطبيق حالة الطوارئ الصحية منذ بداية جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)، وذلك من أجل الحد من تفشي عدوى هذا الفيروس خاصة على مستوى الجامعات، ولضمان إستمرار الدروس إعتمدت طريقة وضع الأنشطة والدعائم البيداغوجية عبر خط (الموودل)، هذا القرار أكد على وجوب تطبيق نمط التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد لمواصلة السنة الجامعية، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على تلك السياسة التي إتبعتها الجزائر في ظل هذه الجائحة متضمنة مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد، والتعريف بفيروس كورونا، كما تطرقنا إلى أهم العوائد والنقائص التي عرفتها هذه السياسة المتبعة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية، مختتمين دراستنا بأهم الإقتراحات والتوصيات التي يمكن إتباعها للإنجاح هذه السياسة.

Abstract:
Algeria is among the countries that have taken precautionary measures and implemented a state of health emergency since the beginning of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) in order to limit the spread of this virus infection, especially at the university level, and to ensure the continuity of lessons, it has adopted the method of setting activities and pedagogical props through the (Moodle) line. This decision emphasized the necessity of applying the distance e-learning pattern to continue the university year, and this study came to shed light on the policy that Algeria followed in light of this pandemic, including the concept of distance e-education, and introducing the Corona virus, as we touched on the most important returns and shortcomings that I knew This is the policy followed by the Algerian state, concluding our study with the most important suggestions and recommendations that can be followed to make this policy a success.
