Abstract
The scale of banking operations and financing institutions is one of the basic measures in the specialization that attempts to give the student a perception of the most important banking operations related to the financing of economic institutions in the short and long term, and at the local and international levels through financing foreign trade operations, in addition to the various forms of financing provided by the financing system ( Islamic banking system. While in the last axes of the scale, the policies, procedures and criteria for granting credit by commercial banks and the risks arising from this process are discussed.
