Abstract
ملخص بالعربية
تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية أحد القطاعات الاستراتيجية التي يمكن أن تلجأ إليها العديد من الدول كخيار تنموي لاقتصادياتها لما لها من دور كبير في تطوير هذا الأخير ألا و هي السياحة. و كذا الحال بالنسبة للجزائر، فما تمتلكه هذه الدولة من مقومات سياحية تخولها لأن تكون في مصف الدول الرائدة سياحيا في العالم و الأهم من ذلك يمكنها من انعاش اقتصادها في ظل الأزمة الراهنة التي يعاني منها. و لكن هذا لا يأتي من عدم بل يستلزم اتباع سياسة تنموية لقطاع السياحة بحد ذاته الذي لا يزال يعاني من اختلالات جمة تحول دون نموه و ازدهاره و هو ما أسفرت عنه نتائج هذه الدراسة على 3 مستويات مختلفة: من ناحية الآثار التنموية للسياحة و انعكاساتها على الاقتصاد العالمي، من جانب خصائص القطاع السياحي بالجزائر و مساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني و أخيرا من جانب متطلبات و مستلزمات تنمية و تطوير القطاع السياحي بالجزائر.

Summary:
This study considered that the tourism sector is one of the most important sectors which can be adopted in many countries as a strategic choice to achieve economic development as well as Algeria, Which has a lot of tourism attributes that enable it to be in forefront of the leading countries in this sector all over the world. And the most importantly, it enables it to revive its economy in the context of the current crisis that it suffers. But this requires pursuing a development policy for the tourism sector as such which still suffers from serious imbalances that limit its growth and prosperity. All of this was conclude in three levels: in terms of developmental effects of tourism and its implications for the global economy, in terms of the characteristics of the tourism sector in Algeria and its contribution to the national economy and finally, in term of conditions and requirement needed to develop the tourism sector in Algeria.
