Abstract
تعتبر ظاهرة الفساد الاداري والاقتصادي من الظواهر الخطيرة التي تواجه البلدان وما لها من تأثير كبير على عملية البناء والتنمية الاقتصادية والتي تنطوي على تدمير الاقتصاد والقدرة المالية والإدارية وبالتالي عجز الدولة على مواجهة تحديات أعمار أو إعادة أعمار وبناء البنى التحتية اللازمة لنموها.
وعليه، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مفهوم الفساد وتحديد مظاهره المختلفة والتركيز على مختلف الميكانزمات والاستراتيجيات لمكافحة الفساد الاقتصادي والتعرف غلى مختلف المؤسسات الدولية الفاعلة في محاربة ظاهرة الفساد.

Abstract:
The phenomenon of administrative and economic corruption is one of the serious phenomena faced by countries and their significant impact on the process of construction and economic development, which involve the destruction of the economy and financial and administrative capacity and thus the inability of the state to meet the challenges of reconstruction or reconstruction and building the infrastructure necessary for its growth.
Therefore, this research paper aims to identify the concept of corruption and identify its various manifestations and focus on various mechanisms and strategies to combat economic corruption and identify the various international institutions active in the fight against corruption.
