Abstract
نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز أهمية إدماج الإدارة الإلكترونية؛ الراجع إلى حدوث طفرة هائلة في المجال التكنولوجي على المستوى العالمي، ترتب عليها ضرورة استخدام جميع المؤسسات لأنماط إدارية حديثة تواكب هذا التطور التكنولوجي. حيث نقوم بتسليط الضوء على واقع الإدارة الالكترونية بالمحيط الجامعي بالجزائر، وعرض أهم التحديات المنوطة بهذا الموضوع واستشراف المستقبل و الآفاق من خلال معرفة آليات تفعيل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بمحيط الجامعي في الجزائر.

Abstract:
Through this paper, we try to highlight the importance of electronic management. Due to the occurrence of a huge boom in the technological field at the global level, which results in the necessity for all institutions to use modern administrative styles that keep pace with this technological development. Where we shed light on the reality of electronic management in the university environment in Algeria, and present the most important challenges related to this topic and explore the future or prospects through knowing the mechanisms of activating the application of electronic management in the university in Algeria.
