Abstract
ملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالإدارة الالكترونية باعتبارها أحد المفاهيم الحديثة، من خلال ابراز أهم عناصرها والفوارق الرئيسية التي تميزها عن الادارة التقليدية ، ومتطلبات التحول إليها ومعيقاتها.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للإدارة الالكترونية متطلبات عديدة متكاملة للوصول إليها، تختلف عن تلك التي كانت تعتمد عليها الإدارة التقليدية، من أجل تحقيق أهداف المنظمة وتحسين أدائها.

Abstract
This study aims to introduce electronic management as one of the modern concepts, by highlighting its most important elements and the main differences that distinguish it from traditional management, the requirements of transition to it and its constraints.
The study concluded that electronic management has many integrated requirements to reach it, different from those that the traditional administration used to depend on, In order to achieve the goals of the organization and improve its performance.
