ملخص:
يعتبر الفضيل الورتلاني من ابرز أعلام الحركة الإسلامية والسياسية والدينية في الجزائر والعالم العربي والإسلامي وكان من اقرب الشخصيات المقربة للإمام عبد الحميد ابن باديس ، ولد في 2فيفري 1906في بلدة بني ورتلان تعلم مبادئ القراءة والكتابة ودرس علوم اللغة العربية على علماء بلدته ،استكمل دراسته في مدينة قسنطينة على يد عبد الحميد ابن باديس ، حارب الاستعمار في بلدان المغرب العربي وعمل على توحيد أقطار شمال إفريقيا ،عاش عمره كله مجاهد في سبيل الجزائر ومساند للثورة التحريرية واستقلال وحدة المغرب العربي والأمة العربية

ABSTRACT:
Al-Fadil Al-Wartalaniis considered one of the most prominent figures of the Islamic, political and religious movement in Algeria and the Arab and Islamic world. He was one of the closest personalities to Imam Abdul Hamid IbnBadis, He was born on February 2, 1906 in the town of BaniWartlan. He learned the principles of reading and writing and studied Arabic language sciences with the scholars of his town. He completed his studies in the city of Constantine at the hands of Abdel Hamid IbnBadis. He fought colonialism in the countries of the Maghreb and worked to unify the countries of North Africa. He lived his whole life as a Mujahid for the sake of Algeria and a supporter of the liberation revolution and the independence of the unity of the Maghreb and the Arab nation.
