Abstract
تتميز بيئة الأعمال اليوم بالتطور والتغير الدستمرين، مما يجعل المسير في بحث دائم ومتواصل عن الأساليب التي تمكنه من بلوغ
أهىدافه معتمدا في ذلك على النظم الخبيرة التي أصبحت تمثل ضرورة ملحة لتسهيل العمل والتقليل من التكاليف وربح الوقت والتمكين من
اتخاذ القرار السليم هذه النظم التي تعد الحلقة الدفقودة في الدؤسسة الجزائرية وبالأخص الدؤسسات العمومية نظرا لغياب الموارد البشرية مما
يصعب من مهام التطبيق ناهىيك عن التكلفة المرتفعة لهذه النظم.
وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة تأثير النظام الخبير على عملية التوظيف في الدؤسسات مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الأبعاد
الدادية والزمنية والتكلفة حسب طبيعة الدؤسسة وتبعا للذىنيات والخبرات التي تعكف على تسييرىا.

abstract
The current environment economic is characterized by a continuous evolution and
a change, which puts the manager in a constant search for Méthodes which enable
him to achieve it's goals.The expert systems became a need to face there by faciliting
work ,by reducing the cost, time and the effort.
Thé décision-making for accompany is an important thing which needs to be
supported by expert System s.The Akgerian company is still far from that, because of
mentalités resistant to the change,one still finds it to use the paper and the human
factor in particular in much of public companies of wich little of them chose the
change.
We tried, in this study ,to apply an expert System to the process of recruitment
what is nog used in the companies, in spite of the difficulty of the process, the
material and temporal cost.
The development of an expert system of this level is not impossible but a bit
difficult because of the unavailability of labor in the company itself but outside it's a
bit expensive for smalle business but not great,but are mentalités which manage them
and not the requirements.
