الملخص:
يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة كيفية اختيار وبناء المؤسسة لهيكلها المالي للوصول إلى هيكل أمثل، بالشكل الذي يجعل المعدل
الموزون لتكلفة التمويل في أدنى حد ممكن، وذلك من خلال جانبه النظري الذي اعتمدنا فيه على المنهج الوصفي حيث صببنا
فيه الاهتمام على الهيكل المالي، مكوناته من مصادر تمويل داخلية و خارجية ،و الهيكل المالي الأمثل ومختلف المقاربات النظرية
التي تناقش وجوده من عدمه ومن أبرزها النظرية التقليدية، النظرية الحديثة لموديقلياني و ميلر ، نظرية التوازن و النظرية متعددة
الأشكال، و جانبه التطبيقي الذي اعتمدنا فيه على المنهج التحليلي ، حيث قمنا فيه بدراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث
الكبرى - سوق أهراس - خلال الفترة 2010 - 2019 ، والذي بعد دراستنا وتحليلنا لقوائمها المالية خلصنا إلى عدة نتائج
مفادها أن الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة يتكون من التركيبة أموال خاصة
و ديون، كما أن المؤسسة تعاني من عجز مالي ومن سوء تسيير لمواردها المالية المتاحة مع عدم استفادته ا من الوفورات الضريبية
التي تحققها الاستدانة .

This research aims to study how the institution chooses and builds its financial structure to reach an optimal structure, in a way that makes the weighted rate of the cost of financing to a minimum, through its theoretical aspect in which we relied on the descriptive approach where we focused attention on the financial structure, its components from internal and external

sources of financing, And the optimal financial structure and various theoretical approaches that discuss its existence or not, most notably the traditional theory, the modern theory of Modigliani and Miller, the theory of balance and theory of polymorphism, and its practical aspect in which we relied on the analytical approach, where we studied the case of the Foundation of The Mills of Big Belgeth - Ahras Market - during the period 2010-2019, After studying and analysing its financial lists, we have concluded that the financial structure of the institution consists of private funds and debt, and that the institution suffers from a financial deficit and poor management of its available financial resources while not benefiting from the tax savings of borrowing.
