Abstract
عرفت الاعمال الالكتًرونية منذ ظهورها العديد من التطورات، ولعمل مايٯيز هذا النشاط في عصر اليوم هوتعاظم دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والسعي الى الاستفادة القصوى من فوائدهىا ١لممارسة نمط حديث من المبادلات و يعرف بالاعمال الالكترونية، التي برزت كأسلوب حديث لعرض السلع و الخدمات
و عقد الصفقات الالكتًرونية ان تنتشر بصورة كبيرة في وقت قصير، و تزايدت أهميتها و حضيت بقبول عام ، كما اصبحت هذه الاخيرة حقيقة واقعية ليس في البلدان المتقدمة فقط بل في جميع بقاع العالم .
Electronic business witnessed great developments since its emergence, what distinguishes this activity in inour day is the growing role of technology and seeking to make the most of its benefits to practice a modern style of exchanges known as electronic business. It has emerged as a modern method for displaying goods and services and conducting electronic transactions, the Electronic businesses have been able to spread widely in a short time, and its importance has increased and gained general acceptance, and the latter has become a reality not only in developed countries, but in all parts of the world..
However, this does not mean questioning the intentions and detracting from the efforts of the stakeholders.The research aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of them to exercise to strength the social responsibility of the organizations during their practice of electronic business, and the study indicated that the relationship that the institution contracted between the various stakeholders must be balanced through the work and the institution’s endeavor to do so by achieving their demands and working to resolve their problems and focusing on the security of their electronic business, in order to work on the dissemination and circulation of electronic business in collecting fields in the future
