Abstract
ملخص:
أفضت التغيرات السريعة والمنافسة الشديدة في السوق المحلية والدولية إلى ضرورة تكيف المؤسسات مع بيئتها الداخلية والخارجية من خلال استجابتها لهذه الأخيرة، وتحملها لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية من خلال تبني نظم واستراتيجيات توفر متطلبات التنمية الاجتماعية وحماية البيئة، مما ساهم في تعزيز دور هذه المؤسسات في التنمية خاصة التنمية المستدامة. وهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى إبراز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية بصفة عامة وفي شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بسوق أهراس بصفة خاصة، حيث تم توزيع استبيانات على العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ومعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي spss وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة، ومستوى متوسط لإدراك العاملين لمفهوم وأهمية التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة.
