Abstract
لملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرفع المالي على المردودية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، و ذلك باستخدام
متغيّّات الدّراسة و المتمثلة في مجموعة من المؤشرات و معالجتها و تحليلها من أجل تحليل أثر الرفع المالي
للمؤسسة.
اشتملت الدّراسة على جانب نظري و آخر تطبيقي، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي و منهج دراسة
الحالة.
و من أجل معرفة الأثر الميداني لهذه الدّراسة قمنا بدراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – وحدة سوق أىراس – للفترة الدمتدة من ) 2017 – 2019 (، حيث تمّ استخراج نسبة المردودية الاقتصادية، المردودية المالية، مؤشرات الرفع المالي و كذلك أثر الرفع المالي و تحليل و للفترة المذكورة في هذه الدّراسة.
و من خلال هذه الدّراسة توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أنّ المردودية المالية و أثر الرفع المالي مؤشرات مالية مهمة جدّا في تحسين الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة محل الدّراسة، و تحديد كافة االانحرافات و بالتّالي تحديد أساليب و طرق معالجتها و العمل على ذلك.

Abstract:
This study aims to know the impact of financial leverage on the financial profitability of the economic institution, using the study variables, which are a set of indicators, their treatment and analysis in order to analyze the impact of the financial leverage of the institution.
The study included a theoretical and an applied aspect, where we relied on the descriptive approach and the case study approach. In order to know the field impact of this study, we studied the case of Algeria Telecom – Souk Ahras - for the period from (2017-2019), where the percentage of economic profitability, financial profitability, financial leverage indicators, as well as the impact of financial leverage and its analysis for the mentioned period were extracted In this study. Through this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The financial profitability and the impact of financial leverage are very important financial indicators in improving the financial position of the institution under study, and identifying all deviations, and thus determining the methods and methods of addressing it and working on it.
