Abstract
ملخص:
من خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية المرتبطة بمدى مساهمة أسلوب بطاقة الأداء المتوازن و أسلوب المقارنة المرجعية في تقييم أداء المؤسسة، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري بوصف كل من تقييم الأداء، بطاقة الأداء المتوازف و المقارنة المرجعية، و منهج دراسة المقارنة في الجانب التطبيقي ( وتقييم أداء بعرض القوائم المالية للمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن و مؤسسة بلغيث خلال الفترة 2017-2019 )
المؤسستينٌ باستخدام أسلوب بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، و أسلوب المقارنة المرجعية.
كما توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى استخدام أسلوب بطاقة الأداء المتوازن و المقارنة المرجعية يعكسان صورة حقيقية لأداء المؤسسة و هاا ما يعطي فعالية لعملية التقييم، كما توصلنا من خلال تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن إلى أن أداء المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن أفضل من مؤسسة بلغيث الكبرى، ومن خلال المقارنة المرجعية يمكن القول أنه يجب على مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث اعتبار مؤسسة الدهن مرجع من أجل تحسين النتائج المحققة و ضمان
استمراريتها.

Summary:
Through this study we tried to answer the problem related to the extent of the
contibution of the balanced scorecard and the benchmarking methods in evaluating the
performance of the establishment by relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical
aspect by describing each of the performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard and
benchmarking as well as the comparative study approach in the practical aspect of presenting
the financial statments for the El Dahan establishment Souk Ahrass and Matahin Balghith
during the period (2017-2019) and evaluating the performance of the two establishment using
the balanced scorecard and benchmarking method.
This study also concluded that the use of the balanced scorecard and benchmarking
reflect a true picture of the establishment performance, and this is what gives the effectiveness
of the evaluation process it can be said that the Balghith establishment should consider the El
Dahan establishment as a referonce in order to improve the results achieved and ensure their
continuity.
