الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من أثر التفكير الإبداعي بمهاراتها المتمثلة في ) الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة،
الحساسية للمشكلات، إعادة بناء المشكلات( على توليد المعرفة بأبعادها المتنوعة لدى الأساتذة في جامعة
محمد الشريف مساعدية، حيث شملت دراستنا على عينة من الأساتذة عدده 37 أستاذ إعتمدنا فيها على
المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإستعمال الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و المعالجة الإحصائية في تفسير وتحليل
النتائج وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وقد توصلت دراستنا على وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية بين توليد المعرفة لدى
الأستاذ الباحث ومهارات التفكير الإبداعي وتوليد المعرفة على مستوى الجامعة، أما في ما يخص العلاقة
الإرتباطية بين المتغيرين التفكير الإبداعي وتوليد المعرفة فقد وجدنا أنها علاقة طردية بينهما، وتوصلنا أيضا أن
مهارة المرونة هي أكثر الأبعاد المتفق عليها في عينة الدراسة وهي أكثر المهارات الي تأثر على توليد المعرفة من
بين مهارات التفكير الإبداعي.

Abstract :
This study aimed to verify the impact of creative thinking with its skills represented in (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, rebuilding problems) on generating knowledge in its various dimensions among professors at Muhammad Sharif University, where our study included a sample of 37 professors who we adopted It contains the descriptive analytical method by using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and statistical treatment in interpreting and analyzing the results and testing the hypotheses of the study. Between the two variables, creative thinking and knowledge generation, we found that it is a direct relationship between them, and we also found that the skill of flexibility is the most agreed-upon dimension in the study sample, and it is the skill that affects the generation of knowledge among the skills of creative thinking.
