Abstract

تناولت الدراسة تأثير الأمن المائي في التنمية المحلية، وبالتطبيق على الجماعة المحلية المتمثلة في بلدية سوق
أهراس تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في أن التنمية المحلية تتأثر بالعديد من العوامل، ومن بينها الأمن المائي الذي يعد
من بين أهم العوامل المؤثث رة في التنمية المحلية، و لذلك هدفنا من خلال دراستنا إلى تقديم إطار نظري للأمن المائي
والتنمية المحلية، وإبراز مدى تأثير الأمن المائي على التنمية المحلية بمتغيراتها الفرعية )الأمن الغذائي، الصحة
والنظافة(، وقد اعتمدنا اختبار صحة الفرضيات المرتبطة بإشكالية الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتلاءم
وإمكانية الإحاطة النظرية بمختلف جزئيات البحث، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج الإحصائي في الدراسة الميدانية من
خلال الاستعانة باستبيان يشتمل على 25 عبارة ومعالجته باستخدام برنامج SPSS v22 تلخص آراء
المستجوبين حول علاقة الأمن المائي بالتنمية المحلية ومدى تأثر هذه الأخيرة به، وقد توصلنا في نهاية الدراسة إلى
مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت في وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية قوية بين الأمن المائي والتنمية المحلية قدرت
0.668 ، كما توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة تأثير ايجابية بين الأمن المائي والأمن الغذائي وكذلك الأمن المائي .. بمعدل
والصحة والنظافة، لتتوج في النهاية بوجود علاقة تأثير قوية ايجابية بين الأمن المائي والتنمية المحلية قدرت بمعامل
التحديد 0.446 ككل على مستوى سوق أهراس :

The study addressed the impact of water Security on local development, and by applying to the local community represented by the municipality of souk Ahras, the problem of the study was That local development is affected by many factors, Among them is water securit, which is one of the most important factors affecting local development, There fore, we aimed through our study to present a theoretical Framework for water Security and local development, And to highlight the extant of the impact of water Security on local development with its sub-variables(Food security,health and hygiene) .we also relied on the statistical method in the field study through the use of a 25-word questionnaire and its treatment using the spss v22 program That summarizes the respondents opinions about the Relationship of water Security with local development and the extent to which the latter is affected by it at. the end of the study, we reached a set of results represented in the existence of a strong positive correlation between water securit and local development estimated at. a rat of 0.668, and we also found a positive impact Relationship between water Security and Food Security as well as water Security and healthand cleanliness, to culminate in the end with the existence of a strong positive influence Relationship between water Security and local development, estimated by coefficient of determination : 0.446 as a whole at. the level of souk Ahras
