الملخص:
من خلال هذه المذكرة حاولنا دراسة اثر السياسة النقدية على جاذبية الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر خلال الفترة
فتطلب ذلك التعرف على المفاهيم ،)Eviews من 2000 إلى 2020 ) دراسة تحليلية بإعتماد برنامج 10
المختلفة المتعلقة بالموضوع، وأهدافها وأدواتها المستخدمة، وبعد الدراسة النظرية، والدراسة التحليلية لكل من معدل
التضخم، سعر الصرف، سعر الفائدة في تأثيرهم على المناخ الاستثماري بالجزائر، واختبارنا لفرضيات الدراسة،
توصلنا للإجابة على الإشكالية التي تم طرحها سابقا، وكانت نتائج الدراسة تأكد على أن التضخم ي ؤثر إيجابا
على الإستثمار الأجنبي، أما سعر الصرف، وسعر الفائدة يؤثران سلبا على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي. لذلك
وجب على الدولة إتباع سياسة نقدية أكثر فعالية، تقوم على الصرامة، الشفافية، والدقة في إتخاذ القرار، من خلال
إعطاء إستقلالية أكثر للسلطات النقدية، وتحديد أهدافها.

Abstract:
Through this dissertation, we tried to study the impact of monetary
policy on the attractiveness of foreign investment in Algeria during
the period from 2000 to 2020 (analytical study using the Eviews 10
program). This required identifying the various concepts related to
the subject, their objectives, and the tools used. After the theoretical
study, and the analytical study of each the inflation rate, the
exchange rate, the interest rate in their impact on the investment
climate in Algeria, and we arrived at the answer to the study’s
hypotheses that the problem was previously raised, and the results of
the study confirmed that inflation rate has positively effects on
foreign investment, while the exchange rate and the interest rate
affect negatively on foreign investment flows. Therefore, the state
must follow more effective monetary policy, based on strictness,
transparency, and accuracy in decision-making, by giving more
independence to the monetary authorities, and defining their
objectives.
