Abstract

ملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية ودور آليات وهياكل تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، كالتمويل عن طريق
رأس مال المخاطر، صندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، هيئات الدعم ومرافقة المؤسسات التي تعمل على احتضان
المشاريع، دعمها وضبطها، العمل على تقديم خدمات لتطويرها من أجل تحويل هذه المشاريع إلى أرض الواقع
وخاصة المشاريع الريادية، بالإضافة ان هذه الاليات تعمل على تطوير النظام البيئي للشركات الناشئة، جملة هذه
التسهيلات تقدمها الدولة لمساعدة المشاريع الناشئة حتى تصبح قادرة على الاستمرار والمنافسة من اجل تحقيق
الأهداف وتنمية الاقتصاد الوطني وخلق الثروة.
خلص هذا البحث إلى إن هذه الصيغ التمويلية تشكل بديل للنظام التمويلي عن طريق البنوك خاصة بنسبة
للمؤسسات الناشئة كما تلعب هيئات الدعم دور كبير في دعم هذه المؤسسات كم يؤثر النظام البيئي على
مردودية هذه المؤسسات.

Summary
This study aims to highlight the importance of mechanisms and structures for financing emerging institutions in Algeria such as financing through venture capital, fund for emerging institutions, accompaniment bodies that support these projects, working to provide better services that can apply these projects in reality. All these facilities are provided by the state to these emerging institutions in order to motivate their projects and to encourage compaction for better economic and monetary systems.
In conclusion, these financing formulas are considered to be an alternative to the banking financial system, especially for emerging institutions. Support bodies also play a major role in encouraging these institutions plus the ecosystem which greatly affects their profitability.
