Industrial clusters are considered strategies to overcome the obstacles facing industries, especially those resulting from small size, as they are the basis for achieving economic integration and supporting industrial and export competitiveness.Our research aims to highlight international experiences in the field of industrial clusters, which can be used to support the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises as the fundamental solution of the Algerian economy. We have reached a negative relationship between the development of industrial clusters and the competitiveness of the national economy in the absence of the prerequisites for success.
