The study aimed to define the role assigned to new enterprises within the framework of the search for entrepreneurship according to personal characteristics and complementary field conditions to ensure their growth and expansion. As practical measures that provide an opportunity for appropriate pricing of activity outputs and support the marketing skills of successful projects in a competitive environment guided by national innovations. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we decided to focus on the role of business incubators and the emerging company clinics system, as they are necessary to start the process of operating these companies. The results of the study showed the importance of investing in the infrastructure for technological entrepreneurship, which can be used in overcoming some global crises, including the health crisis Covid-19, as well as revitalizing stagnant sectors.
