Abstract
This study aims to clarify that in order to achieve the desired and sustainable
tourism development as an effective means, the state must make good use of its available
natural and human resources, by trying to revive the tourism sector and give it its place
within the economic policy, by enacting strong laws and projects, in addition to work
programs, the most important of which are The tourism development plan until the year
2030 and its realistic goals and effective means and procedures to implement the plan and
reach the desired goals, in order to highlight the importance of developing the tourism
sector in achieving the goals of economic policy in Algeria.
