Abstract
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ظاهرة الفشل المالي التي قد تؤدي بالمؤسسة إلى الخروج من النشاط وبالتالي الزوا وهذا بتسليط الضوء على الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية للفشل المالي، من خلال ضبط المفاهيم والأسس النظرية لهذه الظاهرة، وكذلك محاولة إيجاد حلول لفشل المؤسسة من خلال الإحاطة في هذا البحث بمجموعة من البدائل التي يمكن أن تكون متاحة أمام المؤسسة لمواجهة خطر الفشل المالي.
أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي لهذه الدراسة فقد تم الإعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة للمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2015 إلى 2017 ، ومن أجل ذلك حاولنا الوقوف على الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة باستخدام أدوات التشخيص المالي من مؤشرات ونسب مالية، وكذلك لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق ثلاث نماذج كمية والمتمثلة في نموذج المكونة من مجموعة من النسب المالية Sherrord ونموذج Kida ونموذج Beaver التي لها القدرة على التنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمؤسسة، فكانت من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن الوضع المالي ونموذج Kida للمؤسسة جيد، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نموذجين من أصل ثلاث نماذج و المتمثلة في نموذج كانت لها القدرة على الكشف عن حالة المؤسسة بدقة وتطابق نتائج النموذجين مع الوضع المالي Sherrord للمؤسسة.

Abstract
This study aims at analysing the phenomenon of financial failure which would lead the institution
to fail or disappear .this dessertation sheds the light on the theoritical and parctical aspects of financial failure . Through setting the concepts and theoritical foundations of this phenomenon
moreover ,it attempts to find solutions to the failure of the institution by setting alternatives that could
be available to institution in order to encounter the danger of the financial failure .
The practical aspect of this work depends on studying the case of the national institution of painting
during the period of 2015 to 2017,therefore ,it has been used a set of financial diagnostic tools suchas indicators and financial ratios. Also ,it has been used some quentity models as \"beaver,kids, and sherrord\" which include a set of financial ratios that could forecast the financial failure.
This study reveals that the financial status of the case institution is good, and that two models
kids and sherrord had the ability to reveal the exact status of thwe institution . Also , I find that the
financial status of the latter match with the two models .
