Abstract
إلى وقت ليس بالبعيد دخل طلبة معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بالعديد من الجامعات الجزائرية في إضراب بسبب قلة مناصب الشغل في اختصاصهم، وكذا لأجل المطالبة بفتح مناصب شغل على مستوى المؤسسات الإبتدائية بالدرجة الأولى، هذه الأخيرة التي يتولى فيها معلموا اللغة العربية تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية. ولأجل هذا تحاول هذه الدراسة معرفة واقع توظيف خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية، فهل حقيقة أن مناصب الشغل غير كافية؟ وهل توجد آليات لتوظيفهم؟ أم أن طلبة الاختصاص أمام مواجهة بطالة إجبارية؟ ببساطة ماهو واقع البطالة في صفوف خريجي التربية البدنية والرياضية؟.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى حقيقة البطالة التي يعاني منها خريجو التربية البدنية والرياضية، خاصة إذا علمنا شح عملية التوظيف رغم وجود آلاف المناصب في مختلف القطاعات، على غرار وزارة التربية ووزارة الشباب والرياضة وغيرهما الكثير.
Abstract:
Not so long ago, students of sport institutes in many Algerian universities went on strike due to the lack of jobs, as well as in order to demand the opening of jobs at the level of primary schools in the first place, Where Arabic language teachers teach sports. this study attempts to find out the reality of the employment of graduates of sports institutes. Is the fact that jobs are not enough? Are there mechanisms to employ them, or are they facing forced unemployment? Simply what is the reality of unemployment among graduates of sports?
This study found the reality of unemployment by graduates of sports, especially with the lack of jobs, despite the presence of thousands of them, such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and many others.
