هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المركبات الرياضية التابعة لديوان متعدد الرياضات وديوان مؤسسات الشباب، والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه الأفراد العاملين في استخدامها، وفي الأخير التطرق لأهم وسائل المستخدمة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وكيفية استغلالها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء في المنشات الرياضية)برج بوعريريج (، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مسحية مكونة من 21 مدير ،أي حوالي 100% من مجتمع الدراسة خلال سنة 2020/2021 ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام أداة الدراسة الرئيسية وهي الاستبيان. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: توجد صعوبات بشرية من خلال نقص المورد البشري المؤهل لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، توجد صعوبات تقنية من خلال انعدام الوسائط التكنولوجية في تدفق المعلومات في الوقت المناسب كالانترنيت واكسترنات و انترانات والاعتماد شبه كلي على الطرق الكلاسيكية، عدم استغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة سواءا للحاسوب أو الوسائط الالكترونية. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the reality of the use of information technology in sports vehicles belonging to the multi-sports bureau and the youth institutions bureau, and to identify the difficulties faced by individuals working in using it, and finally to address the most important means used in information technology and how to exploit them, and the study community consisted of all managers in Sports facilities (Bordj Bou Arreridj), and the study was applied to a survey sample of 21 managers, or about 100% of the study population during the year 2020/2021 The researcher used the descriptive analytical method with the use of the main study tool, which is the questionnaire. Among the most important findings: There are human difficulties through the lack of human resource qualified to use information technology, there are technical difficulties through the lack of technological means in the flow of information in a timely manner, such as the Internet, extranets and intranets, and almost total dependence on classical methods, not optimizing the available resources either. computer or electronic media.
