Abstract
There are many reasons and factors that cause electronic transactions to shift and deviate from their fundamental purpose.
To appear in a distorted image known as electronic crime, and the most prominent of these factors is moving away from the Arab Muslim identity while accepting the presence of digitalization without taking into account the distinctive characteristics of Islam, and Arabism during this digital interaction, which made it a symbol of crime instead of being a means for the advancement of this society. Add to that isolation. Reason, not accompanying the law in the electronic experience, helped to create crime among dealers in its broad sense, which made us firmly believe that among the pivotal foundations in pushing digitalization towards crime is the focus of the mind on matter rather than the spirit. As for the third reason, which is no less important than the first. The second is evident in the failure of the family to take care of the children and provide them with positive legal support, in order to avoid psychological breakdowns as a result of the electronic attacks on them, which makes us urgently need the state to take a serious stance in confronting this crime in order to preserve human dignity. ,
