Abstract
ملخص:
إن حماية الطفل لا تقتصر على تأمين متطلبات العيش الكريم، وتوفير الجو الأسري الملائم، والغذاء الصحي لنموه الجسمي والعقلي، وإنما الأمر يتطلب حمايته من الأذى الذي قد يتعرض له.
لذلك فإن الاهتمام الذي يوليه المشرع للطفل في المجال الجنائي، يتعدى كل ذلك إلى غايات سامية، مؤداها أن الاعتداء على حقوق الطفل سيؤدي به إلى النمو وسط بيئة يبقى دوما يمقتها، مما سيجعل منه لا محالة مجرم الغد الذي يفسد في الأرض ولا يصلح.

Abstract:
The protection of the child is not limited to ensuring the requirements of living decent, and provide the family atmosphere appropriate, healthy food for physical and mental development, but it requires protection from the harm that may be exposed to it.
Therefore, the attention given by the legislator to the child in the criminal sphere goes beyond all that to lofty goals, namely that attacking the rights of the child will lead to growth in an environment that is always abhorred, which will inevitably make him the criminal of tomorrow that spoils the earth and does not fit.
