Abstract
Summary :
Muslim world needs to be changed since the general Islamic look to the economic life and the mass link to Islam includes very huge potentials to the social reform and the developmental economic, However , what is needed is a mechanism to gather this potentials through re-torching social, economic and legislative transformation requirements and others that governments can perform this mission in more efficient way that the Islamic world need to realise the right economic and social change, since governments are the heart of reform and change considering that governments are the heart of reform and change to an islamic economy and if legitimacy didn't return to it the Islamic program that aims to achieve purposes of the law, will remain occupying a decorative place in the political life of the Islamic countries, and it's time now to translate the Islamic strategy to an integrated set of policies so that any government which is working hard can achieve the purposes of law from seeing their adoption because all the Islamic countries don't start from scratch point with economics that can be placed in an Islamic mold in an relative ease , because a lot of it suffer of Inequality and Imbalance which make the mission of applying the purposes of the law more difficult and complex but the important thing that we should consider is the Integration between the moral and material dimensions of life with what fits the general Islamic look to the economic life That reflect the basic measures of the full range of general policies studied in this area which should take the inspiration from Islam and the necessity to apply it legitimately and legally.
