Abstract
Apartheid is the result of a colonialism based on the denial of peoples\' right to
self-determination based on a racist approach of racial supremacy. The
discriminatory system in South Africa is no different from that in Israel.
Attempts to create a Jewish nation-state have been accompanied by an
emphasis on apartheid.
This article aims to shed light on how the legislation, constitutions and
conventions in Israel ensured the process of racial segregation and
discrimination, in an attempt to establish a form of false and misleading
legitimacy on the processes of oppression, exploitation and deprivation,
especially after the abolition, criminalization and suppression of racial
discrimination and segregation by international law.
