Abstract
السياسة التي يمارسها الإحتلال الإسرائيلي على القطاع الصحي في الأراضي الفلسطينية ساهمت في في إعاقة المدنيين في كل المجالات وخاصة في المجال الصحي، فهذا الاخير مسؤول مدنيا وجزائيا عن تدهور القطاع الصحي في غزة من خلال العديد من الممارسات القمعية واللاأخلقية والعدوانية والمتمثلة في الحصار المفروض على الفلسطينين ، و الحواجز العسكرية الإسرائيلية المنتشرة في جميع أجزاء الضفة الغربية، إضافة إلى جدار الفصل العنصري، وانعكاسه على الوضع الصحي للفلسطينيين، مما ادى إلى اصابة عدد كبير من المتطوعين والمسعفين ، بل أن الإحتلال الإسرائيلي تمادى إلى درجة الانتهاكات ضد الطواقم الطبية ، والوسائل المادية مثل سيارات الإسعاف وكل هذه السياسات تتسبب بأضرار كبيرة للقطاع الصحي وللمرضى الفلسطينيين.
The policy practiced by the Israeli occupation on the health sector in the Palestinian territories has contributed to impeding civilians in all fields, especially in the health field. The latter is criminally and criminally responsible for the deterioration of the health sector in Gaza through many repressive, immoral and aggressive practices represented in the blockade imposed on the Palestinians, And the Israeli military checkpoints spread in all parts of the West Bank, in addition to the Apartheid Wall, and its impact on the health status of the Palestinians, which led to the injury of a large number of volunteers and paramedics, and the Israeli occupation even went so far as to violate medical personnel and material means such as ambulances. All of these policies cause great harm to the health sector and to Palestinian patients.
