This study aims to know the extent of the influence of conditions inside and outside Algerian universities in order to achieve the efficiency of university professors, in order to shed light on the role that universities can play to improve the job environment for professors and contribute to encouraging them to give and thus become more efficient.
The study concluded that the authorities designated for higher education and scientific research in Algeria are working to overcome the challenges and obstacles that affect the competence of university professors, through the effort and interest shown by the university towards improving the conditions of university professors. The study also recommended the need to ensure the continuity of the quality of higher education through... Establishing a culture of interest in the university professor, improving his job conditions, and giving him a prominent position to enable him to provide his best, considering that he is a direct knowledge service provider.
