Abstract:
The basic measures with respect to foreign direct investment, means simply a set of laws, policies and bodies and structural characteristics and economic, social and political, which on the whole have a clear foreign companies impact, although the effectiveness of these measures, reflected in the extent to devote the confidence of those companies and persuade them under the direction of direct investment flows to other countries without this on the one hand, and on the other hand the extent of the impact on those flows by maximizing the largest share of them, and to make positive impacts to the greatest degree, and minimize its negative effects. Accordingly, the states and especially the developing countries, including Arab ones should work to create a true and correct conditions for attracting foreign direct investment to the fact that the latter are subject to inflows attracted the effectiveness of the performance level. In that respect developing countries are to preaper all prequisets to attract direct investment which is mamly based on the cashfllow brought the latter’s and its efficiency.
