Abstract

Abstract
The present study aims to explore primary school teachers towards the use of flashcards in improving learner’s vocabulary learning in EFL settings. To address these objectives, an exploratory research is used in which an online questionnaire was administrated to 30 EFL teachers from different primary schools in Souk Ahras district. The obtained results show that primary school teachers have positive views towards the use of flashcards as a technique to improve pupils’ vocabulary learning. Flashcards has proved to be one of the effective techniques that can help pupils acquire vocabulary and memorize new words. The stated research hypotheses are strongly supported. And at the end, a number of recommendations and suggestions for future research are proposed.
