Economic firms work under the pressure of increasing complexity and rapid change in business environment; it strives to be flexible, quick response to any emergency change by adopting a strategic approach to support its competitive position and enhance its ability to maintain continuity and growth, This endeavor cannot be achieved as soon as the formulation of a strategic plan we see bright, but It is required that the focus is on proper execution of that plan and put it on the expectations of stakeholders in the economic firm. Perhaps the most important entrances to activate and the success of the strategy are to create integration and interaction between the allocated resources. As the financial resources are one of the strategic levers that must be routed wisely, firms rely constantly on the diagnosis of its financial performance through an integrated activities and set of strategic tools allowing the achievement of desired goals.
