Abstract

الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية:
Study Title: Modern Strategies for Developing E-Management Applications in Sports Institutions in Algeria.
Study Objective
This research aims to assess the role of modern strategies in developing e-management applications within Algerian sports institutions. It also seeks to identify key strategies for enhancing these applications. The central research question is:
\"Do modern strategies contribute to the development of e-management applications in Algerian sports institutions?\"
To address this question, the following hypotheses were formulated:
1. There is a statistically significant contribution of foundational planning strategies in developing e-management applications.
2. There is a statistically significant contribution of legal strategies in developing e-management applications.
3. There is a statistically significant contribution of financial strategies in developing e-management applications.
4. There is a statistically significant contribution of organizational strategies in developing e-management applications.
5. There is a statistically significant contribution of staff training strategies in developing e-management applications.
6. There is a statistically significant contribution of information security strategies in developing e-management applications.
Methodology
• Sample: 139 employees from youth and sports directorates (department heads, directors, etc.).
• Geographical Scope: Youth and sports directorates in several eastern Algerian provinces (Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Constantine, Sétif, Béjaïa, Jijel, Bordj Bou Arreridj, M’sila).
• Timeframe: Field study conducted from February 10, 2023, to April 3, 2024.
• Research Method: Descriptive-analytical approach, suitable for examining the studied phenomena.
• Data Collection Tool: Questionnaire covering key aspects of the topic.
Findings and Conclusions
• The overall contribution of modern strategies to developing e-management applications was rated as moderate by respondents.
• The following strategies were perceived as having a moderate impact:

◦ Information security
• The following strategies were rated as high:
◦ Legal
◦ Financial
◦ Staff training
Recommendations
1. Develop a comprehensive strategy for e-management, with clear objectives, defined phases, and monitoring mechanisms.
2. Enhance human resource capabilities through targeted training for effective e-management application planning.
3. Involve all hierarchical levels (from top management to operational staff) in training strategies.
4. Regularly update strategies to adapt to technological advancements and evolving institutional needs.
