Abstract

Restaurants and hotels, as service, communicative, functional, and interactive institutions, focus on the human element represented in training employees in restaurants and hotels on persuasive and influential verbal and non-verbal communication processes capable of attracting customers and encouraging tourism in Souk Ahras State. However, they were plagued by many problems that led to a failure in cooperative and disciplinary communication, which portends negative consequences for the state’s tourism sector, which has not built a competitive, marketing, and promotional language policy that goes beyond personal interests to reach the formulation of a tourism policy with national dimensions.
