Study Summary:
Title of study: The role of the professor of physical education and sports in the discovery of young talents in
the share of physical education and sports and directed to the athletics clubs.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY: To show the role of Professor P.E.S in discovering and directing young
sports talents.
-The experience and efficiency of Professor P.E.S contributes to the process of discovery and guidance

- The contribution of providing the potentials and pedagogical tools of Professor P.E.S in the process of
discovering young talents.
Suggestions and recommendations: --- The

assigning

teaching

- The need to establish special programs to take care of young talents as heroes of tomorrow.
- Educating the professors of the importance of the process of discovery, selection and guidance, and the
