التكامل الاقتصادي بين سوق اهراس والكاف
في ظل اتفاقيه التعاون الافريقي
تحت شعار تاريخ واحد مستقبل واحد
خلفيه الملتقى ودواعي تنظيمه:
يشترك اقليما سوق اهراس والكاف في تاريخ غني يمتد لقرون، توج خلال الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية بروابط نضاليه واجتماعيه كان ابرزها احداث 8 فيفري 1958 التي شكلت رمزا للوحدة والمصير المشترك.
ومع دخول القارة الافريقية في مرحله جديدة عبر إتفاقية منطقة التجارة الحرة الافريقية( ZLECAF )، أصبح من الضروري تعزيز التكامل التنموي بين من التعاون الاقتصادي المناطق الحدوديه، خصوصا بين ولايتي سوق اهراس والكاف اللتين تمتلكان مقومات إقتصادية وبشرية مميزة. ينعقد هذا الملتقى تثمينا الذاكرة وبناء رؤيه إستراتيجية مشتركه لدعم التعاون الإقتصادي الحدودي.
أهداف الملتقى
تعزيز التكامل الاقتصادي بين سوق اهراس والكاف.
ابراز الفرص الاستثمارية المشتركة في المناطق الحدودية.
خلق فضاء للتعاون بين الجامعات المستثمرين الغرف التجارية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية.
مناقشه المشاريع الاستراتيجية الكبرى وتاثيرها على التنمية.
وضع تصور مستقبلي لانشاء منطقه اقتصادية حدودية مشتركة.
تحويل المشترك تاريخي الى رافعه التعاون اقتصادي مستدام.
