Maghreb University Health Week

 

In Celebration of the Maghreb University Health Week, the Preventive Medicine Units of Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University are organizing awareness days under the slogan:

“For the Continuity of Education During Health Crises”

An enriching awareness program will be provided for the university community, including students, professors, administrative staff, and workers.

Program Highlights:

  • Open Awareness Days at the Preventive Medicine Units.
  • Screening of educational videos on lessons learned:
    How did we handle the COVID-19 pandemic?
    Efforts made during the health crisis.
  • Ongoing awareness campaigns about the pandemic and prevention methods shared via social media platforms.
  • Implementation of a movement plan within the university (PDC – Plan de Circulation).
  • Provision of preventive tools, as much as possible, to reduce the spread (masks, hand sanitizer, water, bleach, temperature checks at university entrances and lecture halls).
  • Medical examination and testing for individuals showing symptoms, along with isolation in confirmed cases.
  • Ongoing vaccination campaigns for university members, offering various vaccines (Sinovac / Johnson).
  • Collaboration with the Directorate of Health and Population to facilitate RT-PCR testing.
  • Launch of vaccination rate statistics at the university level.
