Annonce importante à l’intention des étudiants porteurs de projets innovants
Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie sectorielle du Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, visant à renforcer l’écosystème universitaire de l’innovation et de l’entrepreneuriat, à valoriser les résultats de la recherche scientifique et à les transformer en produits et services à valeur économique, l’Université Mohamed Cherif Messaadia – Souk Ahras annonce le lancement officiel de la deuxième édition du Défi national des prototypes commercialisables (PROTOMARKET) destiné aux étudiants porteurs de projets innovants.
Ce défi national constitue un mécanisme stratégique de soutien et de financement des projets innovants à fort potentiel économique. Il permet aux porteurs de projets de développer des prototypes commercialisables et de transformer leurs idées en start-up performantes, conformément aux objectifs nationaux de promotion d’une économie fondée sur la connaissance et l’innovation.
Dans ce contexte, et conformément aux orientations du Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, l’Université Mohamed Cherif Messaadia – Souk Ahras invite tous les étudiants innovants et porteurs de projets à saisir cette opportunité en préparant et en soumettant leur dossier de candidature, tout en bénéficiant des services d’accompagnement et d’encadrement assurés par les structures universitaires dédiées à l’innovation et à l’entrepreneuriat.

As part of the implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s sectoral strategy aimed at strengthening the university innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, promoting the valorization of research outcomes, and transforming them into products and services with economic value, Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University – Souk Ahras is pleased to announce the official launch of the second edition of the National Protomarket Challenge (PROTOMARKET) for students with innovative projects.
This national challenge serves as a strategic mechanism for supporting and financing innovative projects with economic potential. It enables project holders to develop market-ready prototypes and transform their ideas into successful start-ups, in line with the national objectives of fostering a knowledge- and innovation-based economy.
In this context, and in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University – Souk Ahras invites all innovative students and project holders to seize this opportunity by preparing and submitting their applications while benefiting from the mentoring and support services provided by the University’s innovation and entrepreneurship support structures.

Important and Urgent Announcement Regarding the Activation of Two-Factor Authentication for Email Accounts
All users of professional email accounts are hereby informed that two-factor authentication (2FA) has been made mandatory as part of efforts to strengthen the security and protection of email accounts.
Accordingly, all users are required to activate two-factor authentication no later than 31 July 2026.
Important:
Any account for which two-factor authentication has not been activated before the deadline will no longer be accessible, which may result in the loss of the email account.
We therefore urge all users to activate this mandatory security feature as soon as possible before the deadline.

Annonce importante et urgente concernant l’activation de l’authentification à deux facteurs pour les comptes de messagerie électronique
Nous informons l’ensemble des utilisateurs des comptes de messagerie électronique professionnelle que l’authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) est désormais obligatoire, dans le cadre du renforcement de la sécurité et de la protection des comptes de messagerie.
Par conséquent, tous les utilisateurs sont tenus d’activer l’authentification à deux facteurs au plus tard le 31 juillet 2026.
Important :
Tout compte pour lequel l’authentification à deux facteurs n’aura pas été activée avant la date limite deviendra inaccessible, ce qui pourra entraîner la perte de l’accès au compte de messagerie électronique.
Nous invitons donc tous les utilisateurs à activer cette mesure de sécurité obligatoire dans les plus brefs délais, avant l’expiration du délai imparti.

Opening of the Final Research Outcome Evaluation Session for PRFU Research Projects Approved in 2022
The heads of PRFU research projects approved in 2022 are hereby informed that the final research outcome evaluation session is now open.
To submit the final research outcomes, please follow these steps:
- Access the digital platform: www.prfu-mesrs.dz
- Log in using the email address and password used when submitting the research project.
- Change the evaluation session by clicking the corresponding icon and selecting 2022 in order to submit the final research outcomes.
The final research outcome evaluation session will be conducted according to the schedule available on the digital platform:
12 July – 20 September 2026
Submission of final research outcomes through the University Research Training Projects (PRFU) platform.
21 September – 04 October 2026
Validation of the final research outcomes by the heads of higher education institutions.
05 – 10 October 2026
Validation of the final research outcomes by the presidents of the Regional University Conferences.
11 October – 08 November 2026
Evaluation of the final research outcomes by the scientific advisers.
09 – 16 November 2026
Preparation of project closure decisions.
