Abstract : One of the most important things that must be examined and changed radically, are the matters of education in general and university education in particular, because for the first time in recorded human history we find that the survival of the community depends entirely on universities and their outputs, and that university education means thought, and thought means scientific research, Scientific research and technological progress, and inevitably, the cessation of a nation from thinking is doomed to disappearance and decay and collapse, the University is required to keep pace with the changes and transformations that take place by virtue of its location and institutional status in the community, where the national authorities and educational institutions in the process of introducing The changes are profound in the institutional structures and forms of university education, as well as in the methods of teaching and scientific research, with the growing awareness of the need for comprehensive and multidisciplinary teaching methods, training, research and rapid advancement of information technology and new means of communication. To rethink its current location, and to identify the perceptions and expectations of its educational policy and determine its future objectives for its various activities and missions in order to reach the future in its full preparations without colliding with a stage that leads to confusion and dispersion. A reality imposed and led to external systems imposed on the foundations and principles of the special result of the waves of change and rapid development in the same context of the questions that are the future alternatives and prospects for university education, to address future changes, while at the same time need to change and development and thinking of some global developments in And the need to re-examine the programs of preparing students and methods of dealing with them in line with the recent trends seen as future aspirations in university education, and work to develop themselves and modernize their methods, This is in order to keep up with the quality of education and educational programs, which will lead university graduates to move on the right track of manufacturing and related scientific and technological progress in almost all areas of the university.
