لملخص:
نظرا للتغيرات المستمرة في بيئة الاعمال، وإدراك المؤسسات ان المورد البشري هو اهم مورد، أصبحت المؤسسات الاقتصادية تعيد النظر في أساليب إدارة الموارد البشرية. حيث ظهرت إدارة المواهب وأصبحت تعنى باهتمام الإدارة العليا من خلال اكتشاف وجذب وتطوير والاحتفاظ بالمواهب، إدراكا منها بالدور الكبير الذي تلعبه في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي للمؤسسة وبالتالي إستمراريتها بالسوق.
نظرا لطبيعة الدراسة و تماشيا مع الموضوع بهدف الوصول الى النتائج الموجهة منه ، تطلب ذلك الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور إدارة المواهب بأبعادها في تعزيز التفوق التنافسي.
Due to the constant changes in the business environment, Institutions realize that the human resource is
the most important resource; Economic institutions are reconsidering the methods of human resource
management, where talent management appeared Became concerned with the attention of Higher
Management by discovering, attracting, developing and retaining talent, realizing the great role it plays
in achieving a competitive advantage for the enterprise hence its continuity in the market.
Due to the nature of the study and in keeping with the topic In order to achieve the desired results, this
requires reliance on the descriptive method.
This study aims to reveal the role of talent management with here dimensions in enhancing the
competitive advantage This is in the telecommunications sector at Mobilis Corporation Annaba regional
directorate It is one of the sectors with fierce competition between mobile phone operators To capture
the bulk of the market, It is one of the largest sectors that rely on the latest technologies, It requires
individuals with a high level of competence and talent.
A model was designed to determine the dimensions of the study variables as, the dimensions of talent
management were represented in (Talent discovery, talent attraction, talent development, talent
retention); the dimensions of competitive advantage were (Cost, quality, flexibility, innovation).
To reach the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included (27) paragraphs It was
distributed to a sample of (35) responsible and employee
At Mobilis Foundation, Annaba Regional Directorate, Where I retrieved all forms (35) and all of them
are valid for analysis; the hypotheses were tested using a number of statistical methods, for a program
SPSS-V-22.
This study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:
- Existence of talent management dimensions in the organization under study from the point of
view of responsible and staff.
- There is a statistically significant effect of talent management dimensions on competitive
advantage at the level of significance (a≥0.05) in the enterprise under study.
In light of these results, we reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:
The need to pay attention to talent management its dimensions (Discover, attract, development, and
retain talent) and considering it the means through which the organization depends on achieving a
competitive advantage over its competitors.
