Abstract : One of the most important things that must be examined and changed radically, are the matters of education in general and university education in particular, because for the first time in recorded human history we find that the survival of the community depends entirely on universities and their outputs, and that university education means thought, and thought means scientific research, Scientific research and technological progress, and inevitably, the cessation of a nation from thinking is doomed to disappearance and decay and collapse, the University is required to keep pace with the changes and transformations that take place by virtue of its location and institutional status in the community, where the national authorities and educational institutions in the process of introducing The changes are profound in the institutional structures and forms of university education, as well as in the methods of teaching and scientific research, with the growing awareness of the need for comprehensive and multidisciplinary teaching methods, training, research and rapid advancement of information technology and new means of communication. To rethink its current location, and to identify the perceptions and expectations of its educational policy and determine its future objectives for its various activities and missions in order to reach the future in its full preparations without colliding with a stage that leads to confusion and dispersion.
