Study title :
Supervisor achievement motivation and it’s relationship with employee’s achievement motivation.
( surveying study in those who working in (DJS) Mila .
1- Research issue:
The issue of this study appears in it’s searching for the Supervisor achievement motivation and it’s relationship with employee’s achievement motivation, Which need high level of achievement motivation, This issue of study has been concluded in this question , To what extent a relationship between supervisor achievement motivation and employee’s achievement motivation in (DIS) Mila ?
2- Research hypothese:
1- There is a relation between Supervisor achievement motivation and it’s relationship with employee’s achievement motivation.
2- There is a positive and strong relation between Supervisor achievement need and employee’s achievement need’s .
3- There is a positive and strong relation between Supervisor affiliation need and employee’s affiliation need’s .
4- There is a positive and strong relation between Supervisor power need and employee’s power need’s .
3- Reseach methodology:
This research depends on a descriptive survey method, in this study society is represented in all supervisors and individuals who working in (DIS) Mila.
This research used one questionnaire8 about employee’s and supervisor achievement motivation.
The researcher used “Pearson” correlation8 and (spss).
-4 Main results :
1-There is a positive relation between Supervisor achievement motivation and it’s relationship with employee’s achievement motivation.
2-There is a positive and strong relation Supervisor achievement need and employee’s achievement need’s 5
3-There is a positive and weak relation between Supervisor affiliation need and employee’s affiliation need’s 5
-5 There is a positive and strong relation between Supervisor power need and employee’s power need’s .
