Announcement on Internal Transfers (between faculties and institutes) and External Transfers (from other universities to Souk Ahras University) for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

The Vice-Rectorate of the University in charge of First and Second Cycle Higher Education, Continuing Education and Diplomas, as well as Undergraduate Training, at Souk Ahras University, announces that the transfer period for continuing students, whether within the same university institution or from another institution, as well as transfers from one field of study to another or from one program to another, has been scheduled according to the following timetable:

• Submission of applications through the PROGRES system: 30 August – 15 September 2026
• Review of applications by higher education institutions: 16 – 19 September 2026
• Announcement of transfer results: 20 September 2026

Announcement Regarding Change of Orientation for 2026 Baccalaureate Holders

The Vice-Rectorate in charge of Undergraduate and Graduate Education, Continuing Education and Degrees, as well as Postgraduate Education at Souk Ahras University, hereby informs new 2026 baccalaureate holders wishing to change their internal or external university orientation that they must submit their applications exclusively online through the PROGRES digital platform via:

Mohamed Cherif Messaadia University announces the extension of the application period for admission to the second cycle (First-Year Master’s and Second-Year Master’s – Bachelor +4 and Bachelor +5) for the 2026/2027 academic year, in the accredited programs and subject to the available pedagogical capacity.

The extended application period is:

July 26, 2026 to August 23, 2026

80% category:

• Current graduates of the university for the 2025/2026 academic year.

20% category:

Holders of a recognized foreign Bachelor’s degree or an officially equivalent qualification.

Recent graduates holding an LMD Bachelor’s degree (Licence) from other universities.

Previous graduates holding an LMD Bachelor’s degree (Licence) from the university.

Previous graduates holding an LMD Bachelor’s degree (Licence) from other universities.

Graduates under the classical system (Bachelor +4 and Bachelor +5).

Graduates of the Continuing Education University (Université de la Formation Continue) holding an LMD Bachelor’s degree (Licence), from the 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026 cohorts.

Announcement Regarding Final Registration for New 2026 Baccalaureate Students

Final registrations will take place from August 5, 2026, until August 10, 2026.

We hereby inform you that the final registration process for new students will be completed upon electronic payment of the registration fees exclusively using a Edahabia (Gold) card. The card does not have to be registered in the student’s name.

Payment must be made according to the date indicated on the orientation certificate, through the following electronic platform:

PROGRES – Webetu

Afterwards, the electronic student card will be activated on the student’s personal account through the Webetu mobile application on their mobile phone.

The physical student card will subsequently be issued to the student upon the start of the academic year.
