Nous avons l’honneur de vous informer que le ministère de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique a été destinataire d’un appel à candidature à un programme de bourse d’échange de courte durée (BEC) de 04 à 06 mois au titre de l’année 2026-2027, financé par le gouvernement candadien au profit des étudiants et chercheurs algériens.
Les établissements souhaitant envoyer leurs étudiants pour ce programme d’échange doivent avoir conclu préalablement une convention cadre avec les établissements canadiens. À cet effet, je vous prie de bien vouloir instruire les établissements ayant conclu des accords cardres à proposer leurs étudiants à la partie partenaire pour que les établissements canadiens puissent compléter la soumission des demandes des candidats avant le 31/03/2026.

في إطار التعاون الدولي ودعم مشاركة الباحثات الشابات في البرامج العلمية الدولية، يُعلم بأن مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية (CNUCED) بالتعاون مع جامعة أوكاياما باليابان أطلق باب الترشح لبرنامج:
« برنامج العالِمة الشابة 2026 – Young Female Scientist Programme 2026 »
أُطلق هذا البرنامج سنة 2020 ويهدف إلى تعزيز القدرات البشرية في الدول النامية في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (ODD).
يوفر البرنامج للباحثات الشابات المؤهلات فرصة إجراء أنشطة بحث علمي متقدم بجامعة أوكاياما في اليابان لمدة تتراوح بين 14 و30 يومًا خلال الفترة الممتدة من أكتوبر إلى ديسمبر 2026.
شروط الترشح:
أن يكون عمر المترشحة أقل من 40 سنة.
أن تكون حاصلة على شهادة الدكتوراه أو مسجلة في الدكتوراه.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية أو اليابانية.
امتلاك مسار أكاديمي متميز.
الملفات المطلوبة:
مؤشر H-Index (Scopus).
السيرة الذاتية للمترشحة.
الاستمارة المرفقة مملوءة وموقعة.
Fwd: A/s Programme « Young Female Scientist 2026 »
As part of international cooperation and in support of the participation of young female researchers in international scientific programs, it is hereby announced that the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), in collaboration with Okayama University, Japan, has launched a call for applications for the:
“Young Female Scientist Programme 2026.”
Launched in 2020, this program aims to strengthen human capital in developing countries in the fields of science, technology, and innovation, and thereby contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The program offers eligible young female scientists the opportunity to conduct advanced research activities at Okayama University in Japan for a period ranging from 14 to 30 days between October and December 2026.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must be under 40 years of age.
The candidate must hold a PhD or be currently enrolled in a PhD program.
Proficiency in English or Japanese.
Demonstration of an excellent academic record.
Required Documents:
H-Index (Scopus).
Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the candidate.
The attached application form, duly completed and signed.

Call for Participation in the 1st Edition of the African University Theater Festival of Algeria
As part of the organization of the first edition of the African University Theater Festival of Algeria, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, we are pleased to invite university institutions to participate in the activities of this festival, which will take place from 13 to 19 July 2026 under the theme: “Africa Meets on the University Theater Stage.”
We kindly request the wide dissemination of this announcement to enable all students to participate in this important cultural activity. Participation forms should be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the technical sheet.
