Review previous and similar studies and identify what is new in the current research. 5. Exploratory study and approaching the problematic elements of the research topic. 6. Formulating the research problem and partial questions 7. Formulating general and partial hypotheses 8. Determine the objectives and importance of the research. 9. Defining the basic concepts and terminology of research (especially the procedural definition of variables) 10. Choosing the appropriate and appropriate scientific method for research. 11. Determine the original research population, the basic research sample, and how to select it. 12. Tools for collecting information and how to build them. 13. Experimental design and research conduct (identifying the basic variables of the research) 14. Data analysis and statistical processing. 15. Determine the space-time field for research. 16. Determine and set a budget for research if necessary.
